Foggy start to the week
Dense fog is impacting much of the Central Valley Monday morning, and rain returns to Kern County on Wednesday with wet conditions likely lasting through the weekend. Much of the Central Valley has been experiencing fog, including pockets of dense fog, causing visibility to be extremely limited during the morning commute. High temperatures are expected to remain cool, with Bakersfield expected to reach around 53 degrees. Gusty winds are also expected throughout the day, with gusts reaching up to 30 miles per hour. Meanwhile, rain is expected to return to the region on Wednesday.
