Estevan Romero-Valencia and J… Police have arrested three people, including Estevan Romero-Valencia, Joshua Camarena, and a 17-year-old, on suspicion of murder and gang-related offenses. The incident occurred on the night of September 26th, when two teenagers, 15 and 16, were found with gunshot wounds and later with minor injuries. The arrests have been made.
