The really young and the elderly are the most vulnerable. It's important to take several precautions to avoid any heat related illness. If they don't it could have some deadly consequences.

"When you get hot, sweaty, and then really thirsty it is a sign you should have been drinking water before,” said Muzio. “You should be hydrated.”
