NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION This notice is to inform the public and interested agencies that in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the The City of Bakersfield is considering adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the General Plan Amendment/Zone Change No. CGPA-25-0010. The public review period for the Initial Study/MND is from October 22, 2026, to November 23, 20 26. All written comments must be received by the Bakersfields Planning Division no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2025. The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration is available at the Development Services Department of Bakesfield. Future public hearings will be notified per City and CEQA requirements.
