The incident occurred on October 10th, 2026, on the 8100 block of Hughes Lane. The male suspect driver allegedly kicked the victim's vehicle and caused additional damage. The suspects were seen in a black 2002 Toyota Camry with California plates 9GFE627. Anyone with information should call Detective K.
